Where Omni started
Omni started in bathrooms. Years of stripping rooms back to brick and handing back finished, sealed rooms built the standards we still run on: price the work properly, keep the site tidy, check everything before handover.
Those standards have not changed as the work has grown. Omni is now a multi-discipline contractor delivering commercial projects, including a live warehouse conversion we are running as principal contractor: structural works, full internal fit-out and the external envelope.
How we run a site
A live site is a sequence, not a list of trades. The work is planned in the order it has to happen, so the next trade arrives to something it can start on instead of standing about waiting for the one before it to finish.
Sites are kept tidy because a tidy site is a site under control: materials stored properly, waste cleared, access left safe at the end of the day. One team carries the whole job, so there is one number to call and one answer when something needs deciding.
What we hold ourselves to
Straight answers
If something is possible, we say so. If it is not, or it will cost more than you hoped, we say that too, before the work starts.
One accountable team
One contract, one point of contact, one team responsible for the whole job. Nothing falls between trades, because every trade answers to us.
Tidy sites
A tidy site is a safe site, and a sign the job is under control. We protect what stays and leave every working day in order.
Finished means finished
A job is complete when it has been snagged, cleaned and walked through with you, not when the last trade packs up.
Where we work
Omni means everywhere, and we mean it. Our teams are rooted in the North of England and travel to wherever the work is.
If your project sits outside the regions listed here, ask anyway. England-wide on request means exactly that.
