Bathrooms to warehouse conversions
Bathroom renovation is one of the trades we run day to day. Stripping a room back to brick and handing it back finished and sealed sets the standards we work to: price the work properly, keep the site tidy, check everything before handover.
Those standards apply at every scale. Omni is a multi-discipline construction company working across commercial, landlord and residential jobs, including a warehouse conversion currently on site.
How we run a site
A live site is a sequence, not a list of trades. The work is planned in the order it has to happen, so the next trade arrives to something it can start on instead of standing about waiting for the one before it to finish.
Sites are kept tidy because a tidy site is a site under control: materials stored properly, waste cleared, access left safe at the end of the day. One team carries the whole job, so there is one number to call and one answer when something needs deciding.
What we hold ourselves to
Straight answers
If something is possible, we say so. If it is not, or it will cost more than you hoped, we say that too, before the work starts.
One accountable team
One contract, one point of contact, and one team responsible for the whole job. Nothing falls between trades, because every trade answers to us.
Tidy sites
A tidy site is a safe site, and a sign the job is under control. We protect what stays and leave every working day in order.
Finished means finished
A job is complete when it has been snagged, cleaned and walked through with you, not when the last trade packs up.
Where we work
Omni is a construction company based in Yorkshire, and most of the work sits close to home: Beverley, Cottingham, Hessle, Brough and Driffield, north to Bridlington, west to Goole and over the Humber to Grimsby and Scunthorpe.
Omni means everywhere, and we mean it. The same teams travel for project work, into wider Yorkshire and on to Manchester, Derby and the Midlands. If your project sits outside the regions listed here, ask anyway. UK-wide on request means exactly that.
