Plastering is the trade every other trade depends on. Get it wrong and every coat of paint afterwards shows it. We skim, board and render on our own multi-trade projects and as a standalone service.
From a single patch over a chased-in cable to full re-boards and external render, the standard does not change with the size of the job.

Prep and dust, taken seriously
Plastering is wet, dusty work carried out in finished homes and working buildings, and it should be treated that way. Floors are sheeted, furniture is covered or moved, and rooms are masked off before a bag of plaster is opened.
Old surfaces are prepared properly: loose material comes off, the right primer or bonding agent goes on, and boards are fixed to a true line. A good skim over bad prep does not stay good for long.
At the end of each visit the work area is cleaned down and the waste leaves with us.

The finish that follows the plaster
Plaster is rarely the last thing to happen in a room. Kitchens, wardrobes, skirting and worktops are all scribed and fixed to whatever the walls are doing, so a wall out by a few millimetres turns into a gap somebody has to fill at the end.
Flat, true surfaces are what let units sit square, paint read evenly and joinery close up against the wall the way it was drawn. That is the point of a good skim, and why we treat plastering as part of the whole job rather than a trade on its own. You can see the standard in our finished projects.
Questions we are asked
Do you handle small patch repairs as well as full rooms?
Yes. Patch repairs, single walls, full rooms and new plasterboard are all normal work for us. We come and look before we price it.
Will the room be ready for decoration afterwards?
That is the point of the job. Walls and ceilings are left flat, dry and ready for paint, and we tell you how long to let the plaster cure first.
How do you deal with dust during plastering?
Floors and fittings are sheeted, the work area is contained, and the room is cleaned down before we leave. Dust control is planned, not improvised.
What areas do you cover for plastering?
