1. About these terms and who we are
1.1 These terms of use govern your use of the website at www.omniconstructiongroup.co.uk (the "site"). They apply to everyone who visits or uses the site, whether you are a private homeowner, a landlord, a property manager, a business or someone looking us up.
1.2 In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean the business trading as Omni Construction Group, run by Shahan Abbas and Bilal Khan. "You" means the person using the site.
1.3 You can reach us by email at shahan@omniconstructiongroup.co.uk or by phone on +44 7736 666567.
1.4 By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
1.5 These terms cover the website only. Any roofing, building, fit-out, maintenance or other work we carry out for you is governed by our separate Terms of Business, which we give you with our quotation. If anything in these terms conflicts with the Terms of Business in relation to work we do for you, the Terms of Business apply to that work.
1.6 Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information and our Cookie Policy explains our position on cookies. Both apply to your use of the site alongside these terms.
2. Business details
2.1 The Electronic Commerce (EC Directive) Regulations 2002 and the Provision of Services Regulations 2009 require us to make certain information about our business easily available to you. That information is set out in this clause.
2.2 Trading name: Omni Construction Group. The short form "Omni Construction" appears in our logo and headings and refers to the same business.
2.3 The people who run the business: Shahan Abbas and Bilal Khan.
2.4 Email: shahan@omniconstructiongroup.co.uk
2.5 Phone: +44 7736 666567
2.6 What we do: we are a construction company based in Yorkshire and the Midlands, covering commercial, residential and landlord projects across both regions, with contracts taken on UK-wide. Our services are described on the services pages.
2.7 Price: we do not publish prices on the site because every project is different. We give a written quotation, normally after visiting the property, which states the price or explains how the price will be worked out. See clause 4.
2.8 Terms of business: the terms on which we carry out work are our Terms of Business. They are governed by the law of England and Wales.
2.9 Complaints: if you are unhappy with anything about the site, or about our work, please tell Shahan Abbas or Bilal Khan directly by email at shahan@omniconstructiongroup.co.uk or by phone on +44 7736 666567. We handle complaints ourselves. We respond as quickly as we can and do our best to find a solution you are satisfied with. When we give you our final answer to a complaint we will say so in writing. Our Terms of Business set out the complaints route for work we carry out, and our Privacy Notice explains how to complain about the way we handle personal information.
2.10 Alternative dispute resolution: we are not a member of any alternative dispute resolution scheme, so there is no scheme we can refer you to. If we cannot resolve your complaint you may take it to court. If both of us agree at the time, we may instead use an alternative dispute resolution provider accredited under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. When we tell you the outcome of a complaint we will also tell you about any dispute resolution arrangement that is available to you at that time. Nothing in this clause takes away your right to go to court.
3. Using the website
3.1 You may use the site to find out about us and our services and to get in touch with us. You may view the site and print or save pages for your own personal reference or, if you are a business, for your own internal reference in deciding whether to work with us. Any other use of the site or its content for a commercial purpose needs our written permission.
3.2 You must not scrape, harvest, copy or republish the site or any part of it, whether by hand or using software, and you must not use automated tools to access the site or to submit the enquiry form.
3.3 You must not try to interfere with the site or the enquiry form. In particular you must not introduce viruses or other harmful code, try to gain unauthorised access to the site, the hosting or the systems that receive our enquiries, or overload the site or the form with traffic or submissions.
3.4 When you send us anything through the enquiry form, by email or by phone, you must not send content that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory or misleading, that infringes anyone else's rights, or that contains someone else's personal information without their permission. You must not pretend to be someone you are not.
3.5 We may discard, block or decline to answer any submission that breaks these terms or that appears to be automated or abusive, and we may report unlawful content or conduct to the appropriate authorities.
3.6 The site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
4. Information on this site is not an offer
4.1 The descriptions of our services, sectors and projects on the site are for general information. They are there to help you decide whether to contact us.
4.2 Nothing on the site is a quotation, an estimate or an offer to carry out work. Every project is quoted after we have seen it. The only price that applies to any work is the one in the written quotation we give you, and that quotation is subject to our Terms of Business.
4.3 A service or area being described on the site does not mean we can take on every project of that kind. We confirm what we can do, and when, at the quotation stage.
4.4 We take care to keep the content of the site accurate and up to date. Our project write-ups describe real work we carried out and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Even so, the site may contain errors or be out of date, and we may change it at any time (see clause 7). We do not promise that the content is complete or free from errors.
4.5 Some images on the site are licensed stock photographs used for illustration only; they are not presented as our own work. Photographs on the project pages show work carried out by Omni Construction Group. Images of finished projects may include finishes, fittings, furniture or decoration supplied or chosen by others, and the appearance of any finished project depends on the property, the specification and the materials chosen.
4.6 If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms limits the rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if you go on to instruct us to carry out work.
5. Intellectual property
5.1 The text, photographs, videos, logo, design and code on the site belong to us or to our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property law. Copyright (c) 2026 Omni Construction Group.
5.2 Our project photographs are of our own completed work and belong to us. Stock photographs are used under licence and remain the property of their licensors. You get no rights in any of them by using the site.
5.3 You may view the site and print or save pages as described in clause 3.1. You may not otherwise copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, adapt or make commercial use of any content from the site, or use it on another website or in any printed or digital material, without our written permission. To ask for permission, email shahan@omniconstructiongroup.co.uk.
5.4 The name "Omni Construction Group", the short form "Omni Construction" and our logo may not be used without our written permission, and must never be used in a way that suggests we endorse or are connected with you or your business when we are not.
5.5 You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and lawful and does not suggest any endorsement or connection that does not exist. You must not display the site inside another website using frames or similar techniques.
6. Links to other sites
6.1 Where the site links to another website, the link is provided for your convenience only. We do not control other websites and we are not responsible for their content, their privacy practices or their availability.
6.2 A link does not mean we endorse the other website or anything on it. You use other websites at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
7. Availability and changes
7.1 We may change, update or remove any content on the site at any time without notice, including project write-ups, service descriptions and images.
7.2 We do not guarantee that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors. We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the site for maintenance, for technical reasons or for any other reason, without notice.
7.3 If the enquiry form is not working, please phone or email us instead using the details in clause 10.
8. Our responsibility to you
8.1 If you are a consumer. We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or of our failing to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen, or if both you and we knew it might happen at the time you used the site. We are not responsible for loss or damage that was not foreseeable.
8.2 We do not exclude or limit our responsibility to you where it would be unlawful to do so. In particular, nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that the law does not allow us to exclude or limit. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
8.3 The site is provided for domestic and private use, and for business visitors to find out about our services. If you use the site for a business purpose, we are not responsible for any business losses, meaning any loss of profit, loss of business, loss of contracts or revenue, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
8.4 If you are a business. The site and its content are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms that might otherwise be implied into these terms, and we are not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or for any loss of profit, business, revenue, data or goodwill arising from your use of the site or your reliance on its content. Clause 8.2 applies to business users as well.
8.5 This clause is about the website. Our responsibility for work we carry out for you is set out in our Terms of Business.
9. Privacy and cookies
9.1 Our Privacy Notice explains what personal information we collect when you use the site or send us an enquiry, why we collect it, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what rights you have.
9.2 The site does not set cookies. Our Cookie Policy explains this and what we would do if that ever changed.
9.3 Questions about personal information should go to Shahan Abbas at shahan@omniconstructiongroup.co.uk.
10. Contacting us
10.1 You can contact us about these terms, the site or anything else in any of these ways:
- Email: shahan@omniconstructiongroup.co.uk
- Phone: +44 7736 666567
- The enquiry form on our contact page
10.2 If you have difficulty using the site, our Accessibility Statement explains what we have done and what we know still needs work. We are happy to give you any information on the site by phone or by email in a form that suits you.
11. Which laws apply
11.1 These terms, and your use of the site, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
11.2 Any dispute about these terms or the site may be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales.
11.3 If you are a consumer who lives in Scotland, you may also rely on the mandatory rules of Scots law that protect you and you may bring proceedings in the Scottish courts. If you are a consumer who lives in Northern Ireland, you may also rely on the mandatory rules of Northern Irish law that protect you and you may bring proceedings in the courts of Northern Ireland.
11.4 Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from bringing a claim in their local court, and nothing in it takes away any right you have under consumer protection law.
12. Changes to these terms
12.1 We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law, changes to the site or changes in how we run the business. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
12.2 The version of these terms shown on the site at the time you use it is the version that applies to that use. Changes to these terms do not affect any contract for work already made under our Terms of Business.
12.3 If any part of these terms is found by a court to be unenforceable, the rest of the terms continue to apply.
12.4 If we do not enforce any part of these terms at a particular time, we may still enforce it later.
