Who we are and what this policy covers
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the business trading as Omni Construction Group, run by Shahan Abbas and Bilal Khan. It covers the website at www.omniconstructiongroup.co.uk.
What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device so that it can recognise you or remember something about your visit. Similar technologies do a related job in other ways: local storage keeps information inside your browser without a cookie, and a pixel (a tiny invisible image or script) reports back to a third party when a page loads.
Cookies on this website
This website sets no cookies of its own. We checked it on 2 September 2026 and confirmed that:
- there are no analytics tools (no Google Analytics, no Microsoft Clarity, no Hotjar);
- there are no advertising or social-media trackers (no Meta Pixel, no tag manager, no share buttons);
- there are no embedded maps, videos or other third-party content;
- the site does not use local storage or session storage;
- the fonts are served from our own domain;
- the contact form sends your message to our own server, which passes it on to the service that emails it to us, and nothing in that exchange reaches your browser except a short confirmation, so no cookie is set; and
- our hosting provider serves the pages without setting cookies.
Nothing is stored on your device by this website, and nothing on your device is read by it.
Why there is no cookie banner
You will not see a cookie banner on this website, and that is deliberate. Regulation 6 of the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations 2003 (PECR), as amended by the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 from February 2026, only applies where a website stores information on your device or reads information already stored there; because this website does neither, there is nothing that needs your consent and no banner is required.
Server logs are not cookies
When you open a page, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., receives your IP address, your browser's user-agent string and the address of the page you asked for. That is how every website is delivered and it happens through ordinary server logs, not through anything stored on your device. Those logs are personal data, so we explain them, including how long they are kept, in our privacy policy.
Links to other services
The only links that leave this website are telephone links (which open your phone app) and email links (which open your email app). We do not link to social media or to any other website. If you choose to call or email us, the app you use and your phone or email provider may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies, which we do not control.
If this changes in future
We may one day add visitor statistics, an embedded map or video, or another feature that stores or reads information on your device. If we do, we will update this policy first so that it says exactly what is set, by whom, for what purpose and for how long. In line with PECR, we will ask for your consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary for a service you have asked for, and we will not set it until you agree. For a purely statistical tool, PECR allows an alternative: clear information plus a free and simple way to object. If we relied on that, this page would say so and would carry the objection control. Our privacy policy would be updated at the same time.

Because this website sets no cookies, there is nothing here to block or delete, and blocking cookies will not affect how it works. You can still decide how every website treats cookies through your browser settings:

We will review this policy whenever the website changes. Any change will be published on this page, and the "Last updated" date at the top shows when it was last reviewed. If we ever begin storing or reading information on your device, this page will say so before it happens.
